I was given a copy of this book by a friend and found it completely mesmerizing. This is a book for many ages with messages that speak to you on so many different levels. The poetry, imagery and amazing illustrations by Kathy Marras make this a book you will want to share with those you love.

The late Kathryn Zemba Marras (1950-2023) is the illustrator, and mother of the author. She loved to answer to Mama Dance or Grandma Mimi to her eleven grandchildren. Together with her husband she has discovered the joy of wanderlust and adventure. Kathy's own calling guide led her on the path to motherhood; although she was incredibly talented and her artist calling guide closely followed her. The creative side shines through in everything she did from gift giving to event planning. Over the years she had done some commissioned art in her own unique style. She had spent 40 years dealing with the aftermath of the complicated delivery of her twins and also survived a brain hemorrhage in her early 50's. She was practically a superhero and definitely a warrior with her own shine.  Give her a pen and paper, a pile of art supplies or merely an incomplete idea and her magically creative hands and mind did the rest.
